Who we are
Strive Beyond Borders Initiative inc is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating opportunity where it’s needed most. At the moment we support children in Mutare, Zimbabwe through donations that fund education at the Rujeko Primary School including supplies and basic needs. In Houston, Texas, we help young athletes who wouldn’t otherwise have access to tournaments, training, and tennis development. We are engaging with different in city organizations and help support them with donations to keep them doing the great job they are doing. It takes all of us to make this world a better place. Whether in the classroom or on the court, our goal is to help kids and societies thrive regardless of borders or barriers.
Looking Ahead to 2026: Growing Our Impact in Zimbabwe and Houston
At Strive Beyond Borders, we are excited for the year ahead and the opportunities it brings to continue supporting the children and community in Zimbabwe. Thanks to the generosity of our partners and supporters, we’ve seen how meaningful, consistent investment transforms lives — and in 2026, we’re ready to expand that impact even further.
Our 2026 Goals
This coming year, Strive Beyond Borders is committed to:
Welcoming 20 additional children into Rujeko School, giving them access to education, daily meals, and a safe, supportive learning environment.
Providing coaches for four local youth Mutare sports teams — ping-pong, tennis, soccer, and basketball — ensuring the children have guidance, mentorship, and healthy outlets for growth.
Sponsoring a community ping-pong tournament, creating a fun and unifying event for the entire village.
Sponsoring Pop up Tennis concept in and around Houston Texas and surrounding areas.
Why It Matters
Education and sports provide stability, encouragement, and hope for the future. By expanding our reach, we’re not only meeting immediate needs — we’re strengthening the foundation for long-term growth and opportunity. We are also in the community for the community so why not look out for the needs of the community.
Our Funding Goal
To accomplish these initiatives in 2026, our projected cost is $3,700+. This is our fundraising goal, and every contribution brings us closer to changing more young lives.

If you know someone in need be the life changing event they have been looking for. Find a stranger and do something for them. If you do that, we are changing the world together. ”
